Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and lead a comprehensive go-to-market growth strategy and sales plan for EMEA public sector, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Provide sales and operational leadership to the EMEA public sector sales team.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Represent the company at EMEA public sector events, conferences, networking opportunities, and engagements with regulators and government agencies.
- Manage relationships with government decision-makers and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiating and closing high-value deals.
- Collaborate with global teams to strengthen anchor relationships and establish best practices for enterprise project implementations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of public sector sales and leadership experience driving go-to-market efforts and revenue growth for fast-paced technology organizations.
- Established network in Germany and the EMEA region, including federal agencies, prime contractors, and industry associations.
- Proven track record leading capture and sales efforts for consultative solution sales and business development.
- Deep understanding of regional procurement and budget cycles, customer success, and resource allocation.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence at all levels.
- Comfortable operating in a matrix environment and coordinating across cross-functional teams and regions.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who can work independently and drive impact.
- English and German language skills are essential.
- Must be based in Germany and willing to travel 25–35%.
