Responsibilities
- Lead the company website in Webflow, including page structure and CMS organization.
- Define typography, spacing, hierarchy, and visual presentation of the brand.
- Build reusable design components for consistent page creation.
- Create campaign, launch, and promotional landing pages designed to convert.
- Maintain fast, responsive, and accessible site experiences.
- Manage page layouts, SEO metadata, and routine content updates in Webflow.
- Collaborate on web graphics, imagery, and overall visual direction.
- Identify visual or functional issues and propose improvements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of demonstrable web design experience with a portfolio of live examples.
- Hands-on experience shipping production websites in Webflow.
- Proficiency with Figma for design, prototyping, and build preparation.
- User-centered design approach.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Understanding of responsive layouts, page speed, and accessibility fundamentals.
- Working knowledge of SEO, including metadata and page structure.
- Self-directed, communicative, and reliable with deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Experience maintaining brand consistency across many pages.
- Experience with marketing websites or SaaS/technology company websites.
- Experience working at a small or early-stage company.
- Webflow animation or motion design experience.
- Familiarity with Webflow CMS or e-commerce features.
