Job Summary
As a core accounting team member, you will maintain financial records, ensure compliance, manage payroll and procurement, and support audits. You will have autonomy to develop finance practices and optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Month-End Close: Conduct monthly financial close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Audit Support: Coordinate annual audits, tax filings, and other audits.
- Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage A/R, subscriptions, A/P, general ledger, and payroll.
- Process Improvement: Develop accounting policies for efficiency and accuracy.
- Tax Compliance: Manage tax compliance and filings.
- Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, RevOps, and others.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Assist with special projects for revenue and cost efficiencies.
Qualifications
- 4-5+ years professional accounting experience, preferably in high-growth tech or pre-IPO companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Netsuite, Ramp, Sequence.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax laws, and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills; thrives in fast-paced startups.

- Experience in SaaS, software, or fintech.
