About the role
Key Responsibilities
Use no-code and AI tools to design and automate operational workflows: communication sequences, onboarding programs, and complex user lifecycle campaigns.
Build and maintain scalable systems that support advisor onboarding and activation.
Identify gaps in processes, propose solutions, and execute improvements quickly.
Manage daily operational processes and ensure advisor-facing trainings and resources run smoothly.
Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the advisor journey.
Stay organized in a fast-moving environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience (including strong internship experience) in user lifecycle management, customer success, operations, or program management roles.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; confident diving into problems and seeing them through to resolution.
Exceptionally detail-oriented and precise, with a track record of catching what others miss.
Curious and adaptable — comfortable navigating ambiguity and picking up new tools without a lot of hand-holding.
Strongly Preferred
Hands-on experience with workflow automation, CRM, or customer communication tools — Zapier, Intercom, HubSpot, or similar. Demonstrated ability to learn new platforms quickly.
A track record of spotting manual or inefficient processes and owning the fix end-to-end.
Emotionally intelligent communicator who can build trust quickly with new users across email, Zoom, and in-person interactions.
Passion for supporting entrepreneurs.
Travel advising knowledge or interest in the travel industry.
