Global Benefits and Leaves Analyst, EMEA
The analyst administers global benefits and leave programs, supports employees across regions, and coordinates vendors, payroll workflows, compliance, and process improvements. Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 global benefits support across all regions, resolving standard inquiries and escalating complex cases.
- Support benefits programs and vendor relationships across EMEA and APAC, including local compliance.
- Coordinate statutory and company-provided leave-of-absence processes across multiple jurisdictions.
- Partner with Payroll and external brokers on enrollment, changes, and offboarding workflows.
- Analyze benefits utilization data and employee queries to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Support open enrollment, new-country benefit launches, and employee communications.
- Track, process, and reconcile vendor and broker invoices.
- Maintain benefits documentation, employee FAQs, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, purchase order creation, and contract workflows with Finance and Legal.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in benefits administration, leave management, or related HR operations, ideally in a global or multi-country environment.
- Working knowledge of EMEA and/or APAC benefits structures, statutory requirements, and leave entitlements.
- Excellent communication and service orientation, with experience providing responsive employee support.
- Experience with HRIS, HR ticketing or case management systems, and benefits administration tools.
- Experience with or exposure to benefits vendor or broker management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret benefits data and produce actionable insights.
- Ability to manage workflows independently and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
