About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with assigned employer clients and conduct program audits.
  • Partner with internal teams (Growth, Sales, Clinical, Marketing) to align on client goals and enrollment strategies.
  • Launch enrollment campaigns to drive adoption and achieve targets.
  • Report on program value using data-driven insights, manage escalations, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Own a full book of business, achieve high satisfaction and retention rates, and turn clients into advocates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years as Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar in digital health.
  • Build and manage relationships with employers/health plans.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders in written/visual formats.
  • Drive client retention, adoption, and satisfaction.
  • Data proficiency to track KPIs and make recommendations.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience at high-growth startup/tech company.
  • Understanding of employee benefits, digital health, healthcare ecosystem.
  • Advanced Excel; data tools (Salesforce, Looker, Tableau).
