About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop customer engagement plans using internal tools and data, identify gaps in usage, and drive adoption.
  • Provide training and enablement on DAT’s product suite and services to communicate value and support customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and bring in appropriate resources to support customer success.
  • Proactively resolve client issues or concerns, acting as a customer advocate.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to understand evolving needs and ensure alignment with DAT solutions.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mentality.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Highly organized and able to manage several initiatives simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
