About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end design process—problem discovery, scoping, map user flows, wireframe concepts, and pixel perfect handoffs to product/eng
  • Partner with pod (product manager/engineers) to scope project work, define design process, and timeline
  • Work in Figma, proficient in Figma or able to learn it rapidly
  • Build & test prototypes
  • Manage and oversee structured design files and workspaces
  • Contribute to the design system

  • Track record of leading projects that have shipped across web and mobile

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in product design
  • Experience in: Consumer/luxury product design, Data visualization, Fintech, Work flow UI and funnels, Content management systems
