Senior Product Designer
Owns end-to-end product design process from discovery to handoff, partners with PMs and engineers, contributes to design systems. Requires 5+ years experience, Figma proficiency, fintech/data viz background, strong collaboration and research skills.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design process—problem discovery, scoping, map user flows, wireframe concepts, and pixel perfect handoffs to product/eng
- Partner with pod (product manager/engineers) to scope project work, define design process, and timeline
- Work in Figma, proficient in Figma or able to learn it rapidly
- Build & test prototypes
- Manage and oversee structured design files and workspaces
- Contribute to the design system

- Proven ability to both work within and enhance design systems
- Demonstrate current knowledge of product design trends and best practices
- Track record of leading projects that have shipped across web and mobile
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in product design
- Experience in: Consumer/luxury product design, Data visualization, Fintech, Work flow UI and funnels, Content management systems
