Responsibilities
Manage own book of business, build and manage end-to-end sales pipeline from prospect to close, meet or exceed quotas.
Establish presence in West territory, research territory, develop marketing and networking plan to reach entrepreneur and small business community.
Proactively prospect for new business using market research, sales tools, and cold prospecting.
Communicate value proposition effectively to potential customers.
Act as voice of customers, suggest ideas for sales generation, lead cultivation, customer experience improvement, and product development.
Serve as ambassador for Justworks products.
Travel in-territory in Phoenix and Greater Phoenix, AZ (and potentially West) areas (25% travel).
