Responsibilities
- Design and build foundational infrastructure, including authentication, permissions, feature flagging, notifications, and document-management integrations.
- Build and evolve the internal product platform to accelerate development across multiple product lines and engineering teams.
- Lead development of enterprise-facing features such as secure multi-party collaboration, cross-organization workflows, and robust admin controls.
- Maintain high standards for security, privacy, and system reliability when handling sensitive legal data.
- Collaborate with product, AI, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver enterprise-ready experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of post-BS/MS experience in a product-focused full-stack software engineering role.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, CSS, TailwindCSS, Python, or related technologies.
- Track record of building fast-growing SaaS products using progressive web app technologies.
- Track record of shipping intuitive products with strong attention to detail.
- Experience building backend platforms that support multiple product lines.
- Strong programming skills and general computer science knowledge.
