Responsibilities
- Build AI-native integrations with emerging AI tools and platforms, including evolving protocols such as MCP.
- Own and advance enterprise platform capabilities across identity, authorization, provisioning, and enterprise integrations.
- Experiment with AI and agentic capabilities and harden them for secure, reliable, and scalable enterprise use.
- Drive technical direction for ambiguous, complex initiatives from architecture through implementation, launch, and iteration.
- Design and build scalable full-stack solutions, with emphasis on backend systems, APIs, security, reliability, and performance.
- Lead technical reviews, mentor engineers, and improve team architecture and engineering practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience leading complex technical initiatives and influencing architecture.
- Full-lifecycle ownership from exploration and system design through production launch and iteration.
- Significant experience building scalable systems, APIs, and platform capabilities.
- Strong judgment regarding security, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered products, agentic workflows, MCP integrations, or similar AI-enabled systems.
- Ability to balance architectural investments, delivery speed, customer needs, and product impact.
- Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience building enterprise SaaS products in an early-stage or high-growth environment.
- Experience with identity and access management, including OAuth/OIDC, SSO, SCIM, or role-based authorization.
- Experience designing APIs and third-party integrations in enterprise ecosystems.
- Experience with infrastructure as code, particularly Terraform.
