About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive account provisioning and demo preparation by coordinating across sales, customer success, and product teams.
  • Build and maintain scalable processes across product, pre-sales, and post-sales.
  • Use AI tools to improve workflows and product experience.
  • Help drive content development within Adaptive’s training product.
  • Collaborate directly with the GTM team to ensure prospective and current customers have the best Adaptive product experience they can.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a BA/BS from a 4-year university (technical/quantitative fields preferred).
  • Extremely detail-oriented with meticulous attention to details.
  • Demonstrated interest and experience working with leading AI models; curious about applying AI tools to make work faster and better.
  • Able to juggle requests with competing deadlines and prioritize the most important tasks.
  • Excited by making marginal improvements every day.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments and changing landscapes typical of high-growth startups.
  • Eagerness to work in a collaborative environment.
