Responsibilities
Drive account provisioning and demo preparation by coordinating across sales, customer success, and product teams.
Build and maintain scalable processes across product, pre-sales, and post-sales.
Use AI tools to improve workflows and product experience.
Help drive content development within Adaptive’s training product.
Collaborate directly with the GTM team to ensure prospective and current customers have the best Adaptive product experience they can.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a BA/BS from a 4-year university (technical/quantitative fields preferred).
Extremely detail-oriented with meticulous attention to details.
Demonstrated interest and experience working with leading AI models; curious about applying AI tools to make work faster and better.
Able to juggle requests with competing deadlines and prioritize the most important tasks.
Excited by making marginal improvements every day.
Comfortable with fast-paced environments and changing landscapes typical of high-growth startups.
Eagerness to work in a collaborative environment.
