Responsibilities

  • Develop full-stack web applications for DailyMed, supporting the management of drug labeling and health information resources.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science or scientific field (engineering, physics), or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of full-stack web applications development using Python, Django, and Angular
  • Understanding of front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Experience with version control: Git or SVN
  • Hands-on experience implementing/debugging Elastic Search, Postgres, Solr
  • Experience developing applications with Docker containers
  • Experience using GitLab, Bamboo, and CI/CD pipeline tools
  • Up-to-date experience with Java, Python/Django, JavaScript, CSS, Ruby, HTML5, Oracle or PostgreSQL
  • NoSQL database management: MongoDB or Cassandra; supported tools like NodeJS, AngularJS
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms
  • Experience with software engineering tools: JIRA, agile methodology, test-driven development
  • Experience in cloud computing: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Proficient in Agile methodology

Compensation

  • Competitive salary: $140,000 - $220,000
