What You’ll Do
Define and execute the end-to-end product strategy for Luma, translating user insights into AI-driven creative features.
Launch and iterate on pro-level photo and video tools, driving growth in active users.
Deepen engagement through new feature development and agentic tools.
Lead cross-functional sprints, balance trade-offs, and maintain a clear roadmap in a fast-paced environment.
Conduct user research with professional creators to validate feature ideas and optimize engagement loops.
Establish A/B testing and analytics for core capabilities.
Collaborate on go-to-market plans to ensure successful feature launches and adoption.
Who You Are
5+ years shipping consumer-facing creative or editing tools (web or mobile) for professional audiences.
Deep expertise in photo/video workflows and UI/UX prototyping (wireframes, micro-interactions, pixel polish).
Strong analytics background: comfortable defining metrics, building funnels, and iterating on retention.
Excellent communicator who thrives in high-agency, ambiguous environments.
Passionate about AI and eager to integrate generative and automation technologies into your roadmap.

Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $225,000 – $325,000 per year.
