What You'll Do
Lead the end-to-end delivery of RMS implementations, including solution design, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support
Configure and implement workflows, forms, and data structures within configurable platforms
Translate customer business requirements into scalable technical configurations and user workflows
Oversee RMS implementation across workstreams, including integrations and hardware components
Establish and standardize best practices for RMS delivery across customers
Facilitate customer workshops to gather requirements, validate workflows, and drive alignment
Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions (in-person and virtual) for both technical and non-technical audiences
Lead product demonstrations, working sessions, and launch events
Support user adoption by translating product capabilities into practical, real-world use cases
Guide change management efforts to ensure successful product adoption
Identify risks, surface issues, and communicate project status to stakeholders
Gather customer feedback and partner with Product teams to inform roadmap priorities
Collaborate cross-functionally with Training, Product, and Project Management teams
Requirements
2–5+ years of experience as a product consultant, implementation specialist, or in public safety technology
Technical experience working with configurable or low-code platforms, including form building, workflow configuration, and data modeling
Hands-on experience delivering software implementations from setup through launch
Experience designing and delivering structured training programs for diverse audiences
Comfortable facilitating live sessions, workshops, and launch events
Dynamic communicator with strong presentation skills for large groups
Skilled at explaining complex technical concepts in an accessible way
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence for navigating challenging customer dynamics
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Suite
Help strategic partners design, build, evaluate, and launch high-utility plugins for ChatGPT and Codex. Hands-on product engineering role involving prototyping, debugging integrations, cross-functional collaboration, and platform contributions. Requires 4+ years software engineering experience with strong product sense.
