Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered features into Hex, partnering with Research team on context and model prompting.
- Integrate AI features into the platform with product engineering teams.
- Own scalable agent infrastructure for data agents.
- Develop cutting-edge experimentation tooling for rapid AI feature delivery.
Requirements
- At least 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency with React and Typescript, plus architecture and systems design knowledge.
- Experience leading and executing major product initiatives.
- Excitement for browser internals to build high-quality, performant user experiences.
- Aptitude for web infrastructure to develop internal developer and external user experiences.
- Strategic thinking, aligning with business/product goals, balancing velocity and engineering excellence.
- Interest in data space, shipping great products, empowering end users.
- Maintain high quality bar for design, correctness, and testing.
- Lead product initiatives while collaborating and mentoring engineers.
- Curiosity about building a company (go-to-market, customer development, people, marketing).

Compensation
- Salary range: $160,000 - $270,000 (may reflect location, skills, experience).
