Software Engineer - AI & Internal Systems
Build Quindar’s internal AI and automation platform by connecting company tools, data, workflows, and AI agents. The role requires production software development, strong ownership, rapid learning, and the ability to work across backend, frontend, integrations, and business operations.

Responsibilities
- Embed with teams across Quindar to understand workflows and identify repetitive, manual, or fragmented processes.
- Connect SaaS tools, APIs, databases, internal systems, LLMs, and AI agents.
- Build custom software, integrations, automations, backend systems, and lightweight interfaces.
- Create workflows that transform product specifications into structured engineering work.
- Provide coding agents with reliable context for software generation and engineer review.
- Build systems that keep internal, customer, and administrator documentation current.
- Connect product knowledge to Marketing, Sales, Capture, and Programs.
- Create secure AI-assisted workflows for government proposals and controlled information.
- Help define effective collaboration between humans and software agents.
- Measure workflow effectiveness, remove ineffective solutions, and continuously improve internal systems.
Requirements
- Ability to write production software and quickly learn unfamiliar systems.
- Comfortable deploying software and writing backend and frontend code.
- Experience working across APIs, data, automation, and backend systems.
- Natural use of AI coding tools and enthusiasm for agentic software development.
- Ability to understand user problems before building solutions.
- Comfort working from outcomes rather than detailed specifications.
- Strong curiosity about business operations and end-to-end technology company workflows.
- Strong communication skills with engineers and non-engineers.
- High ownership, technical judgment, agency, curiosity, and ability to move quickly.
- U.S. citizenship or national, lawful permanent residence, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility for required U.S. Department of State authorizations under ITAR regulations.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $160,000–$185,000.
