Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical design and implementation for high-impact AI platform initiatives, from backend systems to frontend surfaces.
- Build scalable agent infrastructure that automates repetitive workflows.
- Design observable, controllable, and intuitive AI experiences, including chat interfaces, agent dashboards, configuration UIs, and real-time feedback loops.
- Develop harness and platform capabilities that encode business logic and institutional knowledge into reliable automated workflows.
- Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and platform engineering teams.
- Design self-correcting systems that improve over time with minimal human intervention.
- Partner with Product and Design to create trustworthy AI-powered experiences.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to full-stack AI platform best practices.
- Translate advances in model capabilities into architectural and UX decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex full-stack projects.
- Strong expertise in platform and distributed systems engineering.
- Experience building reliable, observable, large-scale backend systems.
- Proficiency with React and TypeScript.
- Strong hands-on coding ability across backend and frontend systems.
- Experience driving technical initiatives end-to-end across infrastructure and user interfaces.
- Strong product instincts and ability to translate ambiguous problems into durable platform capabilities and intuitive user experiences.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a high-velocity environment.
