AI Acceleration Engineer
Build and own internal applications, integrations, automations, and AI tooling across finance and business operations. The role requires 6+ years of hands-on systems experience, production coding ability, and strong judgment across AI and deterministic solutions.
About the job

- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, People, and Recruiting to identify automation opportunities and choose custom, AI-vendor, or hybrid solutions.
- Lead workstreams involving billing, revenue recognition, usage-data ingestion, and reconciliation across internal data, the ERP, and Salesforce.
- Build AI interfaces and tooling, including MCP servers, skills, and agent-facing tools; enable business power users to create simpler automations.
- Measure and communicate impact, including time saved, cost reduced, and errors eliminated.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience building internal tools, business systems, and/or revenue or finance operations automations.

- Strong generalist skills and the ability to work across billing, recruiting workflows, and other business domains.
- Understanding of system design, data flows, failure modes, maintainability, and when to use AI agents versus deterministic pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with AI-native coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor, including shipping production solutions.
- Coding experience preferred in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript; experience working with APIs and deploying applications.
- Ability to build trust with cross-functional stakeholders and independently drive ambiguous, complex projects.
