Responsibilities
Analyze employment-related data and formulate recruiting coordination goals; measure implementation through KPIs.
Evaluate recruiting coordination processes and demonstrate ROI through reporting of recruiting metrics.
Review employment applications to match applicants with job requirements; select qualified candidates for interviews.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess if candidates' work history, training, education, and skills meet standards.
Evaluate and recommend effective recruitment strategies or selection criteria; recommend revisions to increase efficiency.
Manage and improve the interview training process for the entire company.
Streamline the interview process and provide management with information on interviewing, performance reviews, and issues.
Prepare and monitor employment records related to hiring, termination, leaves of absence, transfers, or promotions.
Launch onboarding of new hires.
Liaise with the Operations Team to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business.
18 months of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or Human Resources Specialist for a technology or technology R&D company.
12 months of experience using Lever, Goodtime, Gem, Miro, GSuite, and Webhooks, and performing data analysis.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $68,474 - $100,000 per year USD annually.
