About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze employment-related data and formulate recruiting coordination goals; measure implementation through KPIs.
  • Evaluate recruiting coordination processes and demonstrate ROI through reporting of recruiting metrics.
  • Review employment applications to match applicants with job requirements; select qualified candidates for interviews.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess if candidates' work history, training, education, and skills meet standards.
  • Evaluate and recommend effective recruitment strategies or selection criteria; recommend revisions to increase efficiency.
  • Manage and improve the interview training process for the entire company.
  • Streamline the interview process and provide management with information on interviewing, performance reviews, and issues.
  • Prepare and monitor employment records related to hiring, termination, leaves of absence, transfers, or promotions.
  • Launch onboarding of new hires.
  • Liaise with the Operations Team to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business.
  • 18 months of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or Human Resources Specialist for a technology or technology R&D company.
  • 12 months of experience using Lever, Goodtime, Gem, Miro, GSuite, and Webhooks, and performing data analysis.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $68,474 - $100,000 per year USD annually.
