About the role

Responsibilities

  • Qualify, follow up, educate and develop inbound and outbound leads to progress prospects into the sales process
  • Efficiently respond to and qualify inbound marketing leads according to SLAs
  • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for sales executives using qualification criteria
  • Research target accounts, identify key personas, add contacts, and generate interest through cold discovery calls and email campaigns
  • Use taught sales techniques to maximize customer interactions and provide high-level introductions
  • Understand and uncover customer needs and business challenges to effectively pitch Cribl solutions
  • Log, track, and maintain Salesforce consistently according to lead-to-opportunity flow process
  • Accurately distribute leads/meetings to assigned sales executives
  • Consistently achieve meeting quota to meet territory revenue and growth objectives
  • Work closely with Sales Directors and attend customer meetings as required
  • Attend sales meetings, training, and local trade shows
  • Work directly with marketing to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of previous prospecting experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong business and tech acumen
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to understand customer needs and meet them with a successful product sale
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior lead generation or sales prospecting experience
  • College degree

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: $56,000–$63,000 USD
  • Eligible for incentive compensation (commission)
