Responsibilities
- Build and deploy technical solutions for real customer use cases.
- Join customer calls, understand customer problems, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Debug issues across APIs, integrations, data, and AI systems.
- Write code, test solutions, and deploy them to production.
- Identify patterns across deployments and collaborate with engineering on product improvements.
- Own projects from an initial customer problem through deployment and iteration.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience programming in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a similar language.
- Ability to work through ambiguous technical problems.
- Interest in AI and customer-facing production systems.
- Clear communication and comfort working directly with customers.
- Ability to move quickly and take ownership.
- Experience building projects, shipping software, or working on technical projects outside school.
