About the role
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a global employer brand strategy that aligns with business goals and hiring needs across North America, EMEA, APAC.
Partner with design and marketing teams to produce engaging recruitment marketing content, including employee spotlight videos, blog posts, and career site updates.
Own and optimize presence on key talent platforms.
Build an internal employee ambassador program, equipping team members with tools and content to share authentic experiences online.
Track, analyze, and report on branding campaign performance and platform engagement, using data to optimize approach.
End-to-end planning and execution of global recruiting event calendar, including industry conferences, hackathons, university fairs, and internal hiring mixers.
Handle all event logistics: vendor negotiations, booth design, swag production, shipping, travel coordination, and on-site management.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and regional business leaders to ensure cohesive event messaging and optimized staffing.
Ensure every event touchpoint delivers a premium, inclusive, and memorable candidate experience.
Establish KPIs for events (leads generated, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) and conduct post-event debriefs.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and/or event management, preferably with global or multi-regional scope.
Proven track record managing complex, large-scale events and conferences from ideation to post-event follow-up.
Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, social media strategy, and content creation for talent attraction.
Exceptional organizational skills managing multiple campaigns and events across time zones.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel internationally and domestically up to 25-30% of the time.
