About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own post-sale success for accounts from kickoff to adoption and expansion.
  • Lead customer engagements, run workshops and training sessions.
  • Translate business goals into intelligent agent workflows for accounting.
  • Provide constant feedback to Engineering team on product improvements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years at fast-paced Enterprise SaaS or fintech startup, or deploying complex SaaS solutions, working closely with customers on onboarding, implementation, and training.
  • Extensive experience managing enterprise relations, ideally with large accounting firms.
  • Process-oriented: Skilled at breaking down complex problems into clear, repeatable steps and managing execution.
  • Strong communicator: Clear at explaining concepts, comfortable with senior and junior stakeholders.
  • First principles reasoner: Question assumptions, apply lessons to new situations.
  • Company-builder: Excited to lay technical and cultural groundwork as company scales.
  • Excited about AI in accounting.
  • Office lover: Prefers in-person collaboration.
  • All-in commitment: Not a 9-5 role.
