Responsibilities
- Advise AMER Sales Leadership with data-backed insights and recommendations during operating reviews.
- Own go-to-market programs end to end, from prioritization and design through launch, operations, iteration, and measurement.
- Define measurement plans with baselines, targets, uplift metrics, and attribution methods before launch.
- Integrate programs into the GTM operating cadence and build dashboards and reporting for leadership and sellers.
- Package successful industry patterns, use cases, activation motions, and other approaches into repeatable field plays.
- Partner with Strategy, Enablement, Product Marketing, and Partnerships to design and deploy programs consistently.
- Gather structured field feedback and continuously improve programs.
- Build templates, playbooks, and measurement infrastructure for future programs.
Requirements
- Experience designing and running sales or GTM programs end to end with measured results and quantifiable uplift.
- Strong analytical skills, including CRM data, reporting, and BI dashboards; Salesforce experience is an example.
- Structured program management skills, including plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decision logs.
- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
- Clear communication skills with sellers and senior leadership.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and build new processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience in GTM programs, sales strategy and operations, or client-focused consulting.
- Experience creating and operating AI workflows with Claude or similar tools.
- Experience designing GTM measurement and attribution frameworks, including pipeline models, activation funnels, control groups, or staged rollouts.
- Strong understanding of GTM data and its drivers.
- Experience running pipeline generation, activation, or adoption programs with quantified impact.
- Experience with sales operating cadences such as forecast calls, pipeline reviews, or account reviews.
- Experience building industry, vertical, or use-case-based GTM plays.
- Experience selling or supporting technical or AI products and understanding enterprise AI adoption.
- Experience helping establish a new function or team.
Compensation
- Annual on-target earnings compensation range: $270,000–$310,000 USD.
