Define relationship-first product strategy: Design AI characters' relationship formation and maintenance, shape interaction models across social platforms, identify retention drivers, translate to customer outcomes, prioritize use cases.

Build AI-native character systems: Own memory, personality, continuity, voice; design evolution; partner on agent architecture; create configurable primitives.

Drive product iteration & evaluation: Define "good" relationships, build evaluation frameworks (metrics, qualitative signals), iterate on user behavior, create measurement stack for KPIs like retention, conversions.

Lead social & content dynamics: Shape platform behaviors, balance content/interaction, define playbooks for attention acquisition and safe actions.

Evolve into a multi-platform system: Translate learnings to games/interactives, define persistence, build developer platform with APIs and self-serve.

Build the brand and studio platform: Own configuration tools for personas, campaigns, analytics, safety; develop scalable workflows.

Own trust, safety, and governance: Design safety systems, moderation, guardrails, compliance features.

Lead customer discovery and platformization: Work with partners, translate needs to roadmap.
