Responsibilities
- Identify, respond to, and resolve client issues and questions.
- Provide hands-on support to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepancies.
- Assess issue criticality and collaborate across the organization to resolve problems.
- Conduct root-cause analysis with Engineering and Data teams.
- Work with Product and Account Manager teams to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Train clients on the platform’s functional and conceptual capabilities.
- Prioritize and context-switch across simultaneous cases through resolution.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.
- Familiarity with trading workflows, portfolio management, or financial instruments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in mathematics and strong analytical skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
- Interest in using technology to solve complex financial challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with changing priorities.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in investment management.
- Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS).
Compensation
- Base salary range: $70,000–$87,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. The posted range applies to roles in Colorado, California, and New York; the location-specific range may differ.
