Responsibilities
- Answer inbound questions and requests from insurance brokers and current policyholders via email, live chat, and occasionally phone.
- Coordinate assistance from underwriting, business development, security, and claims teams.
- Educate brokers about Coalition’s cyber insurance products and online quoting platform.
- Perform administrative insurance functions, including entering manual submissions, providing Certificates of Currency, and processing policy date changes.
- Collaborate with the team to implement organizational and product changes that mitigate customer pain points.
Requirements
- Prior customer support or customer service experience, or a strong desire to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in broker-facing or comparable channel-sales roles.
- Resourcefulness, enthusiasm, and a willingness to work in a startup environment.
- Positive attitude and interest in developing a career in insurance.

- Experience with Zendesk.
- Prior insurance experience.
