What You'll Do
- Set the web product vision and roadmap for postman.com and related web properties, defining how they work together as a portfolio, which audiences and jobs they serve, and where to invest for greatest customer and business value.
- Expand product discovery and top-of-funnel reach by creating new ways for people to discover Postman's full product suite, capabilities, use cases, and solutions; identify underserved audiences and high-potential entry points and turn them into intuitive, scalable web experiences.
- Own the most important web journeys by mapping and improving end-to-end paths from first visit through evaluation and entry into the product; reduce friction, clarify value, and ensure coherent handoff between public web and authenticated product.
- Build a trusted analytics and attribution foundation by partnering with Data and Engineering to define instrumentation, event taxonomy, source and campaign attribution, identity stitching, funnel reporting, and decision-quality dashboards.
- Lead privacy-aware measurement with a strong point of view on first-party and third-party cookies, consent management, browser restrictions, data retention, and regional privacy requirements; balance measurement quality, user trust, and compliance.
- Make technical search optimization a product capability by owning the product strategy for technical search (agent) engine optimization, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, rendering, structured data, internal linking, redirects, canonicalization, and large-scale content or domain migrations.
- Raise the bar for web performance and quality by setting clear standards for page speed, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, reliability, responsiveness, and cross-browser behavior; work with Design and Engineering to make craft and performance reinforcing priorities.
- Lead through influence by bringing together senior partners across Product, Marketing, Design, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and SEO; communicate strategy, decisions, results, and learning to executive audiences.
- Build for a global audience by developing a thoughtful approach to internationalization and localization for performance across markets, languages, and regional customer needs.
