About the role

Responsibilities

  • Complete onboarding, learn team operations, meet cross-functional partners, understand GTM strategy, ICP, funnel stages, and pipeline goals.
  • Shadow and attend weekly RevOps meetings.
  • Review current funnel metrics including conversion rates, deal velocity, pipeline coverage, rep productivity and performance.
  • Study existing processes for lead routing, opportunity management, and forecasting.
  • Identify and own quick win projects.
  • Provide system support and answer team questions.
  • Track funnel metrics, weekly, monthly, and quarterly departmental KPIs and scorecards.
  • Improve lead routing, scoring, and SLA workflows.
  • Standardize campaign tracking and attribution processes.
  • Hold follow-up meetings with Sales, Marketing, CS to understand pain points.
  • Build credibility through project delivery and responsiveness.
  • Present impact metrics to stakeholders and update process documentation.
  • Drive projects through full lifecycle: requirements → build → test → launch → measure.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, CS.
  • Contribute to quarterly planning and roadmap prioritization focusing on speed to lead, deal velocity, forecast accuracy.
  • Attend strategic planning meetings with GTM leadership.
  • Shift to strategic thinking combined with execution.
  • Present accomplishments to leadership and identify next quarter focus areas.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Business/Sales/Revenue Operations with a track record of driving strategic decision-making with Sales, Marketing, CX, Enablement, and Partnerships.
  • Drive automation to reduce manual work and improve speed-to-lead and pipeline hygiene.
  • Designed and maintained lead-to-cash workflows including routing, scoring, enrichment, and lifecycle management.
  • Owned and optimized top of funnel operations, including lead management, routing, scoring, attribution, campaign tracking, and funnel conversion performance.
  • Partner closely with Marketing teams to execute, measure, and scale multi-channel campaigns.
  • Translate company growth strategy into operational execution: territory design, segmentation, forecasting rigor, compensation, funnel performance, systems architecture, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in other Office tools, Google Suite, Salesforce and JIRA.
  • Organized with excellent project and priority management skills.
  • Experience working with large data sets, enterprise reporting and dashboards and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Mode and Looker.
  • Applied experience in data visualization and producing meaningful metrics for business operations.
  • Excellent analytical and systems-thinking approaches to problem solving, with a proven track record of matching team needs with actionable solutions.
  • Focused on results, self-starter, demonstrated success using analytics to drive understanding, growth, and success of products, teams and organizations.
  • Effective communicator who frequently collaborates with cross functional teams.
  • Flexible, adept at learning new tools and independently problem solving at high velocity.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Expected Base Salary: $130,000 - $168,000 (depending on candidate location and experience)
