About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build AI Sales Agent features including geolocation, dealer surfacing, conversation locking, system prompts with modular sections, inventory search with fuzzy matching, Shadow DOM injection into third-party dealer websites (Shopify themes, custom JS).
  • Develop secure permissioning system for multi-entity transactions (seller, delivery dealer, lender, buyer) across account/user management, UI, API, data layer, core architecture.
  • Implement native calendar support, lead assignment routing, tool support (trade-in estimations, service scheduling).
  • Own problems end-to-end, define what to build, ship features independently.

Requirements

  • Strong full-stack engineering: React (frontend), Node.js (serverless), Express.js (backend), NoSQL.
  • Strong product instincts, focus on user experience (e.g., dealer-facing UIs).
  • Experience integrating AI into workflow (e.g., shipping AI agents).
  • Comfortable with real-world constraints: regulated industries, legacy systems, 50-state compliance, DMV integrations.
  • Ability to work autonomously without detailed specs, handle long hours when needed.

Nice-to-haves

  • Interest in automotive/motorcycle retail transaction platforms.
