Marketing Analytics Manager
The first dedicated marketing analytics hire will build the data foundation, measurement frameworks, dashboards, and experimentation capabilities connecting acquisition, product usage, and revenue. Requires 5+ years in marketing, growth, product analytics, data science, or another quantitative discipline, plus deep SQL and modern data-stack experience.

Responsibilities
- Define marketing success metrics across audience growth, acquisition, activation, engagement, usage, pipeline, and revenue.
- Build marketing data foundations by ingesting and modeling data from Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, advertising platforms, web, email, product, and third-party sources.
- Create a medallion architecture connecting prospect and customer journeys from first touch through signup, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
- Develop audience and segmentation frameworks based on customer attributes, intent, engagement, and product behavior.
- Own lifecycle marketing analytics across web, email, in-product, and other touchpoints.
- Establish frameworks for measuring brand awareness and channel effectiveness.
- Connect conversion and customer signals to Google Ads and LinkedIn, including offline conversions.
- Design and implement A/B experiments, incrementality testing, and multi-touch attribution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, product analytics, data science, or another quantitative role.
- Deep SQL fluency and strong analytical skills, including experience with large event-level datasets.
- Ability to connect marketing, CRM, web, SEO/AEO, and product systems to understand customer journeys.
- Experience measuring and optimizing paid advertising across Google, LinkedIn, and X.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
- Experience building data pipelines and models with modern data-stack tools such as Airbyte, Fivetran, dbt, BigQuery, and/or Databricks.
- Comfort working with APIs, automation, and integration tools such as n8n or Zapier.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with AI/ML products and inference or training metrics.
- Experience with usage-based products, developer platforms, or APIs.
- Experience with multi-touch attribution, incrementality measurement, media mix models, or related approaches.
- Experience implementing offline conversion pipelines or sending first-party conversion and customer signals to advertising platforms.
Compensation and Benefits
- $200,000–$240,000 annual compensation, plus meaningful equity.
