Technical Program Manager, AI Delivery
Leads customer-facing technical delivery for enterprise AI programs, coordinating schedules, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
- Communicate: Provide clear, timely, and objective communication across the technology organization, teams, leadership, strategic customers, and external partners.
- Optimize: Break down complex issues into strategies, drive engineering alignment with product, business, and marketing, and foster collaboration.
- Plan: Create and manage program and project schedules, identify dependencies, manage risks, and drive organizational alignment.
- Execute: Ensure on-time delivery, identify development needs, and establish checkpoints for status updates.
- Problem-solve: Proactively identify and resolve issues, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and prioritize impacts to schedule and product quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an Engineering or Technical Program Manager.
- At least 2 years of customer-facing technical delivery and operations experience focused on enterprise-grade AI software or solutions.
- Problem-focused, customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and highly self-organized.
- Strong ability to capture technical meeting notes and action items, track progress, and enable teams.
- Bias for action and strong execution focus.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to ship technical products, services, or solutions to internal or external customers.
- Ability to independently own tracking and reporting across multiple workstreams with owners in different time zones.
- Ability to hold leaders and individual contributors accountable while remaining diplomatic.
