Key Responsibilities
Strategic Go-to-Market: Work with longtail SI partners to build and scale in the Partner Program. Collaborate on joint GTM strategies, objectives, target markets/industries. Define joint industry solutions and offerings. Achieve partnership goals including sales quota and marketing activities (quota-carrying position).
Practice Development: Inspire partners to grow Snowflake practices. Evaluate expertise, capabilities, delivery quality. Define certification growth plans and support enablement. Build strong relationships with key Sr. executives and decision-makers.
Results-oriented Partner Management: Manage the alliance development lifecycle. Act as a self-starter owning the 360-degree relationship with partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product development, sales, sales engineering, professional services, legal, and marketing for seamless experiences. Share partner and customer feedback for improvement. Collaborate with technical experts on solution building.
Co-Marketing Initiatives: Coordinate events, webinars, and content creation to boost visibility and generate leads.
Deal Support: Assist partners with partner program, sales process, deal registration, proposals, reporting, and alignment with Sales Leadership.
Deliver on Performance: Monitor partner performance against metrics. Shift priorities, take risks, and innovate to meet criteria. Manage multiple priorities at scale.
Desired Experience
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
Minimum 10 years in partner experience, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, or business development in technology
5+ years in channel sales or channel program management with revenue target accountability
Track record of success and established relationships with Snowflake’s System Integrators
Ability to manage global and regional business plans, track and articulate partner progress
Strong executive presence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong problem-solving and prioritization in dynamic environments
Owns roadmap for Partner API and app marketplace, driving partner ecosystem growth, API reliability, and developer experience. Collaborates with engineering and stakeholders to prioritize integrations based on customer needs; requires 5+ years PM experience with technical products.
