Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales leadership and the fuel team to implement sales strategy and onboard enterprise fuel accounts.
- Build relationships and sell consultatively to Director-, VP-, and C-level executives at enterprise fuel accounts.
- Present the company value proposition using a data-driven, incrementality-focused sales approach.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing on go-to-market strategy, merchant launches, roadmaps, and partnerships.
- Lead and implement sales strategies, pipeline management, and opportunity management.
- Build a pipeline and manage forecasts for new fuel merchants added to the platform.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience.
- 7+ years selling to enterprise SaaS and/or fuel, convenience retail, or downstream energy technology companies.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding quotas.
- Success building and scaling a book of business from early stage to high growth.
- Proficiency with structured sales methodologies and rigorous CRM pipeline management, specifically Salesforce.
- Ability to travel 30–50% of the time.
- Bachelor's degree or higher; relevant experience may substitute for education.

Compensation and Benefits
- U.S. base salary: $178,000–$200,000, plus commissions, equity, and benefits.
