About the role
Responsibilities
Develop and scale the events strategy for the 20+ stop Data+AI World Tour as an extension of the Data+AI flagship event.
Serve as global program lead, establishing playbooks and identifying opportunities for scalability, best practices, and stronger brand presence.
Manage and produce top-tier events, including potential onsite management at the Data+AI flagship event and other strategic initiatives.
Establish and scale a content strategy within 12–18 months to increase session attendance and on-demand views by 25–30% and improve content-attributed pipeline from target personas.
Grow the World Tour sponsorship program to increase sponsorship revenue and sourced pipeline while maintaining or improving partner satisfaction.
Reduce event execution cycle times and budget variance through streamlined, repeatable processes.
Ensure seamless lead flow from events into marketing automation systems and sales teams to maximize pipeline generation and conversion.
Build a global operating model with executive, marketing, sales, and regional leaders to ensure tour stops launch on time and meet shared KPIs for pipeline, attendance, and NPS.
Requirements
10+ years of event marketing experience, including 3+ years leading large-scale world tours.
Experience driving alignment and managing complex, multi-stakeholder global programs.
Metrics-driven, analytical approach with the ability to use data to improve program performance.
Excellent communication skills and strong executive presence.
Proven success achieving or exceeding pipeline targets.
Experience with Google Suite, Salesforce, Swoogo, Asana, and RainFocus, including building emails, lists, and landing pages.
Compensation
ATS-listed salary range: $153,600–$264,000 USD.
Compensation may also include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
