About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders in Payroll, Benefits, and other functional areas to identify development areas and provide technical solutions using People systems and technology.
  • Consult and implement technology solutions with functional leaders and SMEs to increase operational efficiency, maintain compliance, and improve customer experience.
  • Support Workday upgrades and enhancements, including prioritization, functional design, documentation, testing, training, implementation, and support model design.
  • Review system configuration, business processes, and prepare load files for smooth operations.
  • Build basic and advanced custom reports, handle data extract requests, and process large critical data sets accurately.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems and errors efficiently.
  • Maintain security requirements and policies for user-level access to People applications.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday module administration, optimization, and integration.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Benefits/Payroll modules.
  • 1+ year of project management experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in Workday Security.
