VP/SVP Finance

Responsibilities

• Build the financial blueprint that takes Lumos from current state to $100M ARR over the next three years
• Evolve pricing from seat-based to a true AI tool model with real pricing behind agents and AI identities
• Build a high-leverage Finance team that uses AI to do the work of a much bigger one
• Run a tight Finance machine with clean numbers, disciplined spend, and healthy banking and compliance
• Be the financial voice in the room with the Head of Sales, Head of Engineering, COO, and CEO
• Own the board, investor updates, and banker relationships, keeping the company ready for the next round

Requirements

• #2 or #3 in Finance at a $100M+ private company, or Head of Finance at a growth-stage company
• Experience closing a real round
• Built a capacity model for a sales-led enterprise GTM motion
• Driven transformation (not just optimization)
• AI-native: use Claude or equivalent daily; can name three things stopped doing manually in the last 12 months
• Strong attention to detail and error-catching ability
• Strong hiring skills
