Responsibilities

  • Support Venture Relations Account Managers and Team Leads by owning fund operation actions and product support issues for clients.
  • Execute operational tasks efficiently, ensure processes are followed, goals are met, and standards maintained; continuously improve operational efficiency.
  • Deliver exceptional client experience through accurate, concise, and action-oriented communications with fund managers, investors, and portfolio companies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, legal, finance, operations, tax) to surface solutions, facilitate communication, and ensure smooth execution for client deliverables.

Requirements
