Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering leadership and technical recruiters to understand hiring priorities and support critical technical roles.
- Proactively source, engage, and nurture a pipeline of high-quality candidates for open positions across assigned engineering teams.
- Develop and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to increase employee referrals for high-priority roles.
- Leverage a variety of channels—including social platforms, professional networks, sourcing tools, and industry communities—to identify and connect with candidates.
- Track and optimize sourcing effectiveness by measuring response rates, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
- Maintain strong recruiting hygiene by accurately documenting all sourcing and recruiting activity in the ATS (Greenhouse).
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally within a technology company, startup, or agency environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical candidates effectively.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, recruiting platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Demonstrated grit, persistence, and intellectual curiosity with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently, solve problems, and confidently communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $110,000 – $120,000 USD (depending on experience and location) Plus equity, annual bonus eligibility, and comprehensive benefits.
