About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the post-sales process by understanding clients’ needs and Redis technological platform.
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients and become their trusted advisor.
  • Drive technical aspects of clients’ revenue performance optimization.
  • Serve as technical and product expert for clients.
  • Identify and upsell new revenue opportunities.
  • Onboard new customers to Redis platform.
  • Provide Enhanced Enterprise Support and act as liaison for technical issues.
  • Collaborate across Redis to streamline product delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in pre/post sales engineering (ideally database engineering).
  • Hands-on experience with server-side software development and Linux.
  • Practical hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP.
  • Experience proactively growing customer relationships.
  • Strong technical skills to assess customer needs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree from a University (preferably in Computer Science).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Proficiency with at least one programming language (Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
  • Experience with NoSQL databases or distributed caches.
