Strategic Partnerships Manager (Software)
Lead strategic software partnerships at Hebbia to scale the Matrix AI platform by building channel pipelines, aligning GTM teams, and driving fintech ecosystem integrations. Requires 8-15 years of experience generating multi-million dollar software partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Identify, establish, and manage multiple partnerships: Own all Tech Partnerships for Hebbia and bring together partner GTM teams with Hebbia GTM to create trusted advisor relationships
- Drive pipeline for Hebbia: Own and drive channel & partner pipeline by identifying strategic partners (CRMs, marketplaces, portfolio monitoring systems, risk analytics systems, virtual data rooms), co-creating new GTM structures & incentives, and aligning those with Hebbia commercial outcomes
- Drive partner satisfaction: Manage relationships with Heads of Partnerships, Heads of Sales, Sales, Heads of Account Management & Account Managers in partner organisations
- Optimize Go-to-Market Motion: Build compelling demos tailored to partners, create partner collateral & partner sales tooling to accelerate a replicable end-to-end sales process
Requirements
- 8-15 years Sales / Channels / Partnerships Experience
- Experience in generating multi-million USD software vendor partnerships within the fintech ecosystem
- Experience at an early stage venture backed company
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Compensation
- OTE: 70:30 split with unlimited commission upside
- Combined base + bonus compensation range: $230,000 - $300,000 USD + competitive equity
- 50% team / 50% individual split
Channel Partnerships Manager
Own and scale Gusto’s VC & PE partnership strategy, building programmatic ecosystem programs and serving as the primary contact for high-impact investor partners. Requires 10+ years in partnerships or venture programs with deep VC/PE familiarity.
Senior Channel Partner Manager
Own co-sell execution, partner activation, and executive relationships across Ramp's strategic technology partnerships (AWS, Microsoft, Google, Oracle). Drive pipeline, marketplace attach rates, and joint GTM initiatives with sales, marketing, and product teams.
