About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and expand revenue across a portfolio of strategic Private Equity and portfolio-company relationships.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that balance long-term strategic growth with near-term revenue outcomes.
  • Lead complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles involving executive stakeholders across multiple organizations.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, operating partners, and business leaders.
  • Partner closely with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to align resources and deliver customer value.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Hover's footprint across portfolio ecosystems.
  • Drive customer retention, expansion, pilots, and renewal initiatives.
  • Maintain forecast accuracy and operational rigor through disciplined sales execution.
  • Travel regularly to meet customers, strengthen executive relationships, and support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Represent Hover at industry events, executive forums, and customer engagements.
  • Understand the broader ecosystem of how private equity operates.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience building executive relationships and engaging VP- and C-suite decision-makers.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth within strategic or enterprise accounts.
  • Experience creating and executing structured account plans.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience selling into Private Equity firms or PE-backed organizations.
  • Construction technology experience.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Experience managing portfolio-based account strategies.

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000 - $207,000 with an OTE of $241,000 - $297,000 annually.
