About the role
What You’ll Do
- Define technical architecture and own end-to-end delivery of our most complex, high-stakes initiatives
- Drive product and engineering alignment, translating ambiguous customer problems into clear, scalable technical solutions
- Establish and uphold engineering standards across code quality, testing, monitoring, and reliability
- Partner directly with Product, Customer Success, and GTM leadership to shape roadmap priorities and engineering strategy
- Serve as a technical force multiplier, elevating the output of engineers around you through mentorship, code review, and systems thinking
- Identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks before they become company-wide problems
What You'll Bring
- 8 - 10 years of full-stack engineering experience (we also welcome exceptional new grads with meaningful projects or internships)
- Deep familiarity with AI, LLMs, or AI-assisted systems or a willingness to learn fast
- Outcome-driven mindset: you measure success in impact, not just shipped features
- Comfortable collaborating across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams
