About the role

What You Will Do

  • Build the AI-Driven PDLC: Take the vision for a modernized, AI-integrated Product Development Lifecycle and make it real. Implement AI-driven workflows at every stage — from discovery and customer synthesis through spec, review, and launch — and own the ongoing iteration.
  • Build, Implement, and Iterate: Turn the design into a working system. Roll out new workflows, build and test tooling and templates, collect PM feedback, and continuously improve.
  • Define the Gold Standard: Own canonical frameworks and templates for core product artifacts: PRFAQ, PRD, NPI, and surrounding rituals. Keep them current and credible.
  • Bridge Strategy to Execution: Translate product strategy and leadership intent into adoptable processes.
  • Drive Change and Adoption: Design and lead rollout of new processes, earning adoption through empathy, clarity, and value.
  • Unify Core Rhythms: Centralize and standardize key PDLC processes across the PM organization.

What You Will Bring

  • 8+ years in Product Management, Product Operations, or related role, with experience at the intersection of product thinking and process design.
  • Hands-on PM experience shipping product.
  • Systems thinking at the process layer.
  • Meaningful AI fluency for designing AI-integrated workflows.
  • Track record driving adoption in high-autonomy organizations.
  • Strong written communication for remote organizations.
