Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enrich revenue data in Salesforce and integrated tools (Outreach, Definitive Healthcare, etc.)
  • Own data integrity across revenue systems
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements for Salesforce engineers
  • Educate and support Salesforce users across the Commercial Sales & Success team
  • Create reporting and dashboards to drive leadership insights

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related professional experience working as part of a Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, or Revenue / Sales Operations team
  • 2+ years of advanced Salesforce experience, specializing in data integrity maintenance and complex reporting
  • Experience analyzing data sets, assessing data integrity, and building reporting for leadership consumption

Nice-to-Haves

  • 1+ years experience at a high-growth start-up
  • 1+ years experience in healthcare, benefits, or a similar marketplace business
  • Experience working cross-functionally to communicate business needs as technical requirements for Salesforce engineers
  • Experience creating and maintaining rep-facing systems playbooks
