Sr. Healthcare Partnerships Associate
Sr. Healthcare Partnerships Associate responsible for full-cycle outbound sales to healthcare providers, driving provider growth and patient demand within Dallas territory through in-person and remote selling.
Responsibilities
- Own full sales cycle for healthcare providers within assigned territory: aggressive outbound sourcing, consulting, and closing
- Drive growth of “sold” providers and subsequent patient demand and starts within territory
- Conduct in-person selling and relationship management for accounts within a 2-hour radius of major metro (minimum 3 days/week in field)
- Maintain remote selling strategies for accounts outside immediate geography
- Utilize provided lead lists and independently self-source pipeline through outbound channels including cold calling
- Manage customer relationships and deals in CRM
Requirements
- 3+ years carrying a quota in outbound sales / business development (healthcare preferred) with track record of strong attainment
- 2+ years independently self-sourcing meaningful portion of sales pipeline through outbound channels, including cold calling
- Demonstrated success managing full-cycle deals independently, navigating complex objections, and maintaining rigorous closing discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging providers and practice staff
- Experience managing customer relationships and deals in a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Must currently reside in Dallas, TX area with reliable transportation for up to 50% local travel within 2-hour radius
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments, leveraging curiosity and experimentation to build new playbooks
- Experience selling to diverse personas within healthcare or health systems (individual contributors to executive decision-makers)
- Experience operating within a startup environment and navigating 0 to 1 challenges
- History of upward professional progression or internal promotion(s) in previous sales or business development roles
