Responsibilities

  • Lead, grow and inspire Strategic Enterprise Account Executives to achieve and overachieve team quota
  • Instill a culture of teamwork focused on leading with measurable business value and customer outcomes
  • Develop trust-based relationships with customers and partners to ensure long-term success
  • Drive ongoing learning of continuous innovation in data intelligence and GenAI solutions
  • Actively participate in regional growth plans, ensure forecast accuracy, and build a customer-focused, durable, high-growth business

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successfully building and leading high-growth sales teams serving enterprise customers
  • Experience in Big Data, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), Analytics, or AI spaces
  • History of exceeding quota in hyper-growth enterprise technology companies
  • Understanding of value selling and sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of Message)
  • Knowledge of developing partner ecosystems to grow strategic enterprise territories and ensure customer success
  • Strong Retail industry experience preferred
  • Proven track record of leading teams focused on enterprise territories and driving consumption

Compensation

  • Total compensation package includes eligibility for annual performance bonus and equity
  • Pay range: $440,000–$605,000 USD (non-commissionable roles) or on-target earnings (commissionable roles)
