About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional pre-sales customer experience by providing technical expertise, outlining value proposition, and answering product, API, and LLM-related questions.
  • Demonstrate how OpenAI APIs and ChatGPT meet business needs through demos, use case scoping, architecture recommendations, and technical advisory.
  • Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs for common pre-sales questions.
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships during evaluation, validation, and purchasing.
  • Foster customer advocacy by gathering feedback, identifying themes, and incorporating into product planning.
  • Serve as first line of defense for security and compliance questions, guiding to resources and escalating as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in technical pre-sales or similar role, managing C-level relationships with complex global organizations.
  • Thorough understanding of IT security principles and B2B SaaS customer requirements, with experience in security/compliance support.
  • Foundational training in programming languages like Python or JavaScript.
  • Delivered prototypes of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions; knowledge of network/cloud architecture.
  • Effective presenter and communicator for business and technical topics to all audiences.
  • Own problems end-to-end, eager to learn, humble, team-oriented.
