About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Solutions Engineers (Product Experts), fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and customer-centricity
  • Set performance expectations, establish best practices, and guide the team in delivering scalable solutions
  • Build cross-functional alignment by championing the role of Solutions Engineering across Sales, Support, AI Operations, and Product
  • Partner cross functionally to oversee the launch of new products, ensuring smooth rollouts across internal teams and clients
  • Ensure operational readiness for product launches by coordinating across Support, Operations, and Product Management
  • Build strong partnerships with Product and Engineering, ensuring alignment between client needs, product enhancements, and business strategy
  • Provide senior-level insight to executive stakeholders on product health, adoption and churn metrics, and opportunities for expansion
  • Ensure Solutions Engineering serves as a strategic differentiator in the client lifecycle, driving retention and growth
  • Own the customer feedback loop at scale, acting as Voice of the Customer, influencing product strategy and roadmap discussions with Product and Engineering leaders
  • Drive accountability for turning client feedback into actionable improvements that strengthen both client outcomes and product competitiveness

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, product management, technical account management, or a related post-sales role, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity
  • Strong technical proficiency in SQL and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Proven track record of program management and driving cross-functional initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into client-friendly language
  • Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams, ideally with exposure to product management
  • A customer-first mindset, with the ability to balance strategic insight and tactical execution
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Compensation

  • Salary range: $190,000 - $215,000
